Little Midway Ice Cream & Pastry Parlor

From 1954-1956, Bern and Gert Laxer owned and operated the original Bern and Gert’s Little Midway on Tampa’s Cass Street. The name was taken from the section of a carnival that features sideshows and games, so they wanted a classic look with elements of carnival-inspired whimsy for their updated look.
